Corecom PRINCESS-AD is the universal successor of Corecom Plc - ongoing since 1964 and actually the largest company engaged in foreign exchange trading in the country for decades.

On 03/02/1999, the contract is the sale of 70 (seventy) percent of the capital of Corecom EAD, Sofia between the Minister of Trade and Tourism and for sale in AD Aktsiengezelshaft, Vaduz, Liechtenstein. By a court decision № 12 of 1999 changed the company name from Corecom EAD of Corecom-Princess PLC.
By mid-2008 Corecom-Princess PLC operate as duty free operator. By 2007 the company operate on four free sites located on three of the land borders of Bulgaria. After 2007, the admission of Bulgaria into the European Union, the company stuck with two free shop located on outgoing route in the area of Kapitan Andreevo and outgoing track in the zone checkpoint Kalotina.

Corecom PRINCESS-AD is the first owner of the trade center, promotirosht OUTLET concept within Sofia. "PRINCESS OUTLET CENTER" opened in early November 2007 after its full renovation. The shopping center is located in Downtown Mladost 4, Blvd Raspberry, in complex with total area of 12,200 square meters. Beautiful shopping center is attractive - one of the largest residential complexes in Sofia Municipality. Due to its developed infrastructure, the commercial center is accessible to public transportation and is adjacent to the entrance of the future subway station in Downtown Mladost 4.
